When and how will the final year examination be conducted?
The question before the state government after the Supreme Court verdict yesterday was that; How to take the exam. At the same time, there was confusion among the students as to how their exams would be conducted after the Supreme Court's verdict. Higher and Technical Education Minister Uday Samant discussed the matter with 13 vice-chancellors of the state immediately after the state government's decision yesterday. And there was a discussion about how to take the exam. The Vice-Chancellor himself is of the opinion that it is not possible to take the examination by calling the students at the actual examination center. Because it can increase the incidence, the state government is considering alternatives.
Types of pattern to conduct final year exams:-
The UGC has given five options. Now it will not be possible to take the exam at the actual examination center between those five options. According to the Vice-Chancellor, students will no longer have to sit for the examination at the actual examination center. It may now have an online option. However, universities do not have such a large infrastructure for online that every student can take the exam online. So open book and assignment based can be two options.
The government may now consider two such issues. This is because most of the demands of the students are that they should take the exam through open book or now they should take the assignment based exam and ask the college to submit it. The state government is considering these two options. So now the confusion over whether the exam will be held till September 30 will also go away on Monday. This is because a committee comprising vice-chancellors will report on Monday under the chairmanship of the vice-chancellor of Mumbai University. And by September 30, test takers will tell you if it's possible. Students can also be assured that they will not have to go to the actual examination center. Because the vice-chancellor had opposed him. And the state government has the same opinion. So now the state government can consider two options;
1) Examination through open book or
2) Assignment based examination.
what happen in todays meeting about final year exams?

And this committee has been appointed under the chairmanship of the Vice-Chancellor for the examination. However, in the case of Kovid, it is no longer possible to call the students directly to the examination center. This is the view expressed by all the Vice-Chancellors and Uday Samant.
A committee has now been appointed by several vice-chancellors to report on how students can take the exam in the simplest way possible without any hassle. And this committee has been appointed under the chairmanship of the Vice Chancellor of Mumbai University. Students will be given time to take the exam in the simplest way possible.
